These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qikly service and website (qiklyonline.com) operated by Qikly ("we," "us," "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Qikly provides AI-powered missed call text-back and lead recovery services for home service businesses. The service includes an automated SMS response system, AI-powered lead qualification, a lead management dashboard, and email notification alerts.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Qikly. By using the service, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
Qikly is provided on a monthly subscription basis at $1,500 per location per month (or as otherwise agreed in writing). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the same date each month.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the monthly subscription fee. If payment fails, we may suspend your service until payment is resolved.
Subscriptions require a minimum 90-day commitment. After the initial 90-day period, you may cancel at any time by providing written notice to hello@qiklyonline.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Our service sends automated SMS messages to individuals who call your business phone number. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this functionality complies with applicable law. Qikly operates as a service provider on your behalf and is not liable for your compliance obligations.
We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g., Twilio), or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We will communicate planned downtime when possible.
The Qikly platform, software, and brand are owned by Qikly and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. Your business data and leads remain your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qikly's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue results. Actual results depend on your business, market, and how leads are followed up.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the service. You may terminate your account after the 90-day minimum by contacting us in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Qikly provides automated SMS text-back services on behalf of our business clients. SMS messages are sent only in response to inbound calls placed by the recipient to our client's business phone number. By calling a business phone number powered by Qikly, the caller consents to receive an automated SMS response regarding their inquiry.
To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
